Purpol launches The Better Way to Bid helping others improve their success rates.

Purpol Marketing have just launched a brand-new online training course The Better Way to Bid. The course is designed to help business owners, bid managers and anybody looking to improve their bid management and to guide through the tendering process. In over 70 videos, the course reveals Purpol’s secrets to their 95% Bid Success Rate, 30-35% higher than the industry average of 60-65%.
The Better Way to Bid course contains the elements essential to success including: understanding the bid process; how to identify appropriate opportunities for your business and compliance with the rules and regulations of the bid. It also covers how to present your proposals in the most effective and concise manner as well as tips and tricks that the Purpol team have learnt in over 30+ years of bidding experience.
The course provides an affordable and flexible option for those looking to learn at their own pace and will both improve the tender approach and help train new talent.

Split into seven sections, the course covers; changes in government procurement, how to achieve consistently successful bids, critical elements in the bidding approach, concentrating on the benefits, why certain bids fail, how to recover from a lost bid and how to make it easier for yourself next time.
Purpol Marketing has been built around the desire to help people to bid better and start winning, with a strong focus on SMEs and start-ups. Denise O’Leary, Purpol’s owner and founder is passionate about helping smaller businesses succeed in the tendering process on bids which they might not otherwise tender for. This passion not only led to creating Purpol but has found Denise speaking about the challenges SMEs face at government level. She has spoken at No.10, The House of Lords and most recently in Dubai, about how to gain success from the bidding process. This desire to help people succeed, and demand for Face to face training led to the creation of The Better Way to Bid course, which makes Purpol’s learning and expertise affordable and accessible – available to anybody, anywhere.

Commenting on the launch of the new course, Denise said: ‘I am so excited about the launch of Better Way to Bid. Compiling my team’s knowledge and expertise and transforming it into an easy to understand but informative course was a great challenge and we are all very happy with the result!’
‘Purpol is already a popular choice for those looking for one to one bid mentoring, training or coaching and we write bids on behalf of clients all the time, but I wanted to design a course for those who need a more flexible way of learning. I know how chaotic and busy it can be to run a business and work in the tendering industry, so it made sense to design a very accessible course. Because the course is online, and every video can be repeatedly revisited, there is no need to have to book time out of a hectic schedule to attend a long course. It can be completed quickly or slowly, in a spare ten minutes every day or all at once – we also include a useful list of places to look for opportunity.’
The Better Way to Bid joins Purpol’s other course Magnificent Marketing also released this year.
Denise founded Purpol Marketing in 2014 to provide specialised consultancy for marketing strategy and tender bid management specifically to SMEs with a key focus on the construction and manufacturing sector. She brings 17+ years-worth of experience and insight to her clients and has grown her self-funded start up from a one woman show to a successful business that now employs four people and is constantly expanding and developing.
The Better Way to Bid course is available now and can be found at http://purpol-marketing-academy.thinkific.com/courses/the-better-way-to-bid priced at £499.
