We provide tailored consultancy to fit with your business needs be they; Advisory, Consultative and Collaborative.
Advisory – In this capacity Purpol Marketing serve as your backstage resource, meeting with your team charged to help launch the project. The role would include sounding board for plans, ideas and strategies and devil’s advocate on key initiatives. Our third-party objective is to review, comment and advise on the initiative. Projects of this type may last from a week to a couple of months. Activities include planning, development, resourcing and finalisation of the implementation plan after the strategy had been developed.
Consultative – In addition to the responsibilities and contributions of the Advisory option as stated above, we work with your directors, team members and others to help them individually with their role in the initiative and with their accountabilities. We recommend adjustments to systems and procedures that might require modification to optimise project effectiveness. We attend predetermined work meetings; and will be available to selected project partners in addition to the primary team. Projects of this type last for several months.
Collaborative – In addition to the roles described in both Advisory and Consultative options above, Purpol Marketing would work alongside your staff to do the work required to accomplish the objectives stated above. This option includes an audit at a future point, determined by you (we suggest six months after our agreement) to measure results against the “measure of successes” defined for the project. The involvement here would be ongoing, for at least 6-12 months.
