Major Local Company Selects CMD Recruitment as Temporary Recruitment Supplier.

CMD Recruitment have a specialist knowledge of the employment marketplace in Wiltshire. CMD provides recruitment, staffing and workforce management services to businesses from their offices in Calne, Melksham and Devizes, providing temporary, contract and permanent staff for placement into work on a regular basis to all recruitment sectors.

CMD were presented with the opportunity to pitch in a competitive tender environment to be the principle Temporary Recruitment Supplier for a local organisation with an International Reputation.

As part of the bid process, CMD had to deliver an Initial presentation, followed up with a formal procurement bid document and finalised with a team interview.

The multi-stage process required an impactful initial presentation to showcase CMD’s organisational capacity, followed by a detailed technical and commercial proposal and concluded with a bespoke pitch to identify how the CMD solution was matched to provide solutions to the client ‘pain points’. Through the established working relationship with Purpol Marketing CMD knew they could rely upon the Purpol Team to achieve this.

Working with a tight deadline Purpol Marketing worked with CMD across all 3 phases of the pitch process, developing both highly impactful presentations as well as proposal documentation in line with the requested agenda subjects.

With the pitch and proposal fully evaluated CMD were confirmed as being successful in their bid and appointed as the client’s Temporary recruitment supplier. The client proved to be so impressed with the pitch they took the time to inform the CMD team, in person, that they were successful by visiting their office.
