Purpol Marketing Wins Grand Stevie® and Becomes Second Most Awarded Organisation, Beating IBM.

Chippenham, UK – 11 November 2025 – Purpol Marketing Ltd, led by award-winning entrepreneur Denise O’Leary MBE, celebrated a historic night of success at the 22nd Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, held in New York City on 10 November 2025.

Purpol Marketing secured an outstanding 3 Gold, 8 Silver and 3 Bronze Stevie® Awards, and was further honoured with a Grand Stevie® Award for Second Most Awarded Organisation worldwide, ranking ahead of IBM.

The achievement represents a major milestone for Purpol Marketing and its pioneering AI-powered award entry system, WINNER AI™, which played a central role in preparing submissions for Purpol and partner organisations.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run – worldwide.  The Stevie Award has been hailed as the world’s premier business award.

Nicknamed the Steviesfor the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners last night during a gala event attended by nominees and their guests at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.  The event was broadcast via Vimeo.

Earlier this year, 29 out of 35 entries across Purpol Marketing, Cherishers 811 CIC, and The Business Exchange South West were named finalists. Following the final judging, those entries converted into an exceptional medal tally:

  • Purpol Marketing: 3 Gold, 8 Silver, 3 Bronze
  • Partner organisations: 4 Gold, 5 Silver, 6 Bronze

This collective success culminated in Purpol Marketing receiving a Grand Stevie® Award, recognising it as the second most awarded organisation overall at the 2025 Women in Business awards.

The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business celebrate the achievements of women executives, entrepreneurs, and organisations worldwide. This year’s programme attracted more than 1,500 entries from organisations in 48 nations, assessed by over 190 senior business professionals across seven judging committees.

Purpol Marketing’s wins spanned a broad range of categories, including Achievement in Developing and Promoting Women, Diversity & Inclusion, Equal Pay, Female Innovator of the Year, Best Female Entrepreneur in Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and Female Thought Leader of the Year. Denise O’Leary MBE also received multiple honours recognising her leadership in mentoring, social impact, and inclusion across business, government, and non-profit sectors.

A defining factor in this year’s results was the use of WINNER AI™, O’Leary’s proprietary award-entry technology built on her best-selling methodology Winner: How to Win Business Awards. The platform enabled organisations to reduce award preparation time by up to 90%, while maintaining rigour, compliance, and persuasive storytelling.

Commenting on the achievement, Denise O’Leary MBE said:

“Winning a Grand Stevie® and being named the second most awarded organisation – ahead of IBM – is an extraordinary honour. But what matters most is how we achieved it. Using WINNER AI™, we converted 29 finalist entries into Gold, Silver and Bronze wins while saving an estimated 90% of the time traditionally required.

Awards are about visibility, credibility and confidence. I am immensely proud that Purpol Marketing’s success sits alongside the achievements of Cherishers 811 CIC and The Business Exchange. Helping other organisations gain recognition for their impact is the most rewarding part of this journey.”

The awards ceremony took place at the Marriott Marquis Hotel, New York City, with more than 400 women leaders and guests attending the gala presentation, which was broadcast live internationally.

Full details of the winners are available via the official Stevie Awards announcement.
Entries for the 2026 Stevie Awards for Women in Business will open in May 2026.
