The word Mentor comes from Greek Mythology, Over time it has come to mean a ‘Trusted Adviser, counsellor or teacher and an influential sponsor and supporter.

Successful business owners, managers and entrepreneurs often cite mentoring as a critical element in their success. Mentoring also makes a huge contributing towards business success rates, especially in the longer term.

Starting a business takes careful preparation and research. Taking on board good advice at this planning stage, can enable you to avoid costly mistakes later on.

Running an established can be a lonely experience. While you may be an expert in certain business areas, you may never have been involved in other areas, so your knowledge might be lacking.

Additionally, in the early stages, finance is often limited, so employing more staff with expertise is not often an option. This can restrict your ability to share ideas and explore options, and also limits your access to multiple viewpoints on different ideas and decisions. These issues can severely affect the success of your business.

We can meet as often as you need to – weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly, either face to face or by Skype or telephone. The Meetings are scheduled to fit with your diary and you can be assured with remain highly confidential.
