Chippenham, UK: November 2025.  Denise O’Leary MBE, award-winning entrepreneur and Managing Director of Purpol Marketing, has been confirmed as a speaker at London Build Expo 2025, one of the UK’s largest and most influential construction and built environment events.

Denise will speak on the Diversity in Construction Stage at Olympia London on Wednesday 20 November at 1.00pm, taking part in a panel session titled:

Resetting the Industry: AI, Diversity, and the Next Decade of Construction

The session will examine how artificial intelligence, inclusive leadership, and cultural change are shaping the future of the construction sector. Panellists will discuss what organisations need to do now to build a more resilient, equitable, and future-ready industry.

Denise will join a panel of senior industry figures from architecture, BIM leadership, cultural consultancy, and technology innovation. The discussion will be moderated by leading representatives from the National Association of Women in Construction.

A recognised advocate for inclusion, mentoring, and ethical innovation, Denise brings a practical perspective that connects technology, leadership, and social impact. Her contribution will focus on how AI can be used responsibly to improve access to opportunity, increase visibility, and support fairer outcomes across the construction and built environment sectors.

Commenting on her participation, Denise O’Leary MBE said:

“Construction is at a pivotal moment. AI has the potential to change how we work and who gets access to opportunity, but only if it is implemented thoughtfully and with inclusion at its core.

I am delighted to be speaking at London Build and contributing to a conversation that focuses not only on the future of construction, but on who gets to shape it.”

London Build 2025 is expected to welcome thousands of construction professionals, including contractors, developers, architects, engineers, policymakers, and innovators, across two days of talks, networking, and industry insight.

Attendance at the event is free, with registration available online.
