Construction bid experts Purpol Marketing recognised as double finalists in South West Built Environment Awards.
Bid management specialist consultancy Purpol Marketing, is delighting in double recognition after being announced as finalists for the second year running in South West Built Environment Awards.
The South West Built Environment Awards are now in their 10th year, and are well recognised as being in a class of their own celebrating regional construction excellence.
Purpol Marketing is thrilled to be recognised as finalist in both the People Development Award and the SME of the Year Award. The high-profile accolades, supported by Constructing Excellence South West, provide a showcase for the brightest and the best achievers in the construction & built environment industries. Purpol use their marketing expertise to offer construction companies a way to successfully bid contracts that were previously unobtainable. their objective is to work with SMEs to guide them through major tender and framework bids whilst focusing the messaging on client needs.
Shortlisted trailblazers in construction will seek to win awards in categories such as: Client of the Year, Digital Construction Project/Initiative Of The Year, Health & Safety Award, Innovation Award, Integration & Collaborative Working Award, People Development Award, Preservation & Rejuvenation Award, Project Of The Year Building Projects, Project Of The Year Civil Engineering, SME Of The Year Award, Sustainability Award And Value Award.
The finalist status showcases the judges recognition for Purpol supplying high-level bid management and marketing expertise across the sector with a current success rate of 95% for the bids they tender on behalf of clients. This is significantly higher than the industry average of 60-65%, which is down to Founder Denise O’Leary and Senior Consultant Gavin White’s immense knowledge of build process and construction frameworks. Purpol judge their success on client experience and importantly, how much they win on their bids.
Nurturing future talent is also important to Purpol as recognised in their nomination for the People Development Award. As well as mentoring, Purpol have taken 3 interns to date and have 4 secured for the summer to assist with all tasks including bid writing and social media.
