Denise O’Leary MBE Shares Award-Winning Insights at Global Women|Future Webinar

Denise O’Leary MBE, Founder of Purpol Marketing and multi-award-winning business strategist, was honoured to speak at the prestigious Women|Future Webinar series on 16 July 2025. The session, titled “From Passion to Profit: Empowering Women to Build Purpose-Driven Businesses”, brought together four exceptional female entrepreneurs from across the globe to inspire and equip women in business.

Organised by the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, the Women|Future Webinars are an extension of the globally renowned Women|Future Conference, providing free, high-impact sessions for ambitious women entrepreneurs. The July session was designed to help attendees align their values with their business strategy and create purposeful, profitable enterprises.

Denise joined a distinguished panel of speakers, including:

  • Eve DeMartine, Co-Founder of Popilush (USA)
  • Katrina Wurm, Founder of Stress-Free Super Mum (Australia)

Together, the speakers shared their entrepreneurial journeys, lessons learned, and actionable advice on building values-led brands. Denise drew on her personal experience of founding Purpol Marketing, scaling the business internationally, and winning over 54 Stevie® Awards for excellence in marketing and business development.

She also offered practical tips on navigating award entry writing, a subject she has championed through her book WINNER: How to Win Business Awards and the launch of her AI-powered tool, WINNER AI™.
