At Purpol, we believe that meaningful business growth happens through strong relationships, shared purpose, and championing those who are making a difference. That’s why we were delighted to attend the prestigious Savvitas Pimm’s Reception & Champagne Afternoon Tea at the iconic House of Lords – an afternoon dedicated to celebrating influential women, leadership, and meaningful connections.

Hosted by The Baroness Verma, The Earl of Erroll, Helene Martin Gee, and The Savvitas Senate, the event brought together an inspiring community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, parliamentarians, and changemakers in the beautiful Cholmondeley Room overlooking the River Thames.

Celebrating Women Who Lead

As a business committed to empowering organisations and supporting leadership development, Purpol was proud to be part of an event that recognised the achievements of women across business, politics, and society.

The afternoon provided an opportunity to engage in thoughtful conversations about innovation, collaboration, diversity, and the future of leadership. It was inspiring to hear the stories of women who continue to break barriers while creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Building Meaningful Connections

Networking events often focus on exchanging business cards, but the Savvitas gathering was refreshingly different. The atmosphere encouraged genuine conversations, collaboration, and the sharing of experiences between leaders from a wide range of industries.

These discussions reinforced something we value deeply at Purpol: success is built through authentic relationships and a willingness to learn from one another.

A Historic Setting

There are few venues more fitting for conversations about leadership and progress than the House of Lords. The elegant Cholmondeley Room and River Terrace provided a stunning backdrop for an afternoon of celebration, reflection, and inspiration.

The occasion combined British tradition with forward-thinking conversations about the future of business, making it a memorable experience for everyone in attendance.

Why Events Like This Matter

At Purpol, we know that leadership extends beyond boardrooms. It is about creating opportunities, encouraging collaboration, and supporting communities where people can thrive.

Attending events such as the Savvitas reception enables us to:

  • Build relationships with influential leaders across sectors.
  • Share ideas that drive innovation and business growth.
  • Support initiatives that champion women in leadership.
  • Strengthen our commitment to creating positive impact through collaboration.

Looking Ahead

We would like to thank Savvitas, The Baroness Verma, The Earl of Erroll, and everyone involved in organising such a memorable afternoon.

The conversations we had, the people we met, and the ideas we exchanged will continue to inspire our work as we help businesses grow through strong partnerships, strategic thinking, and a people-first approach.

We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting initiatives that celebrate leadership, diversity, and the power of meaningful connections.
