Purpol Marketing celebrate winning Top Ten Construction Supplier to Work With at Construction Enquirer Awards.
Construction bid specialists Purpol Marketing made their way to Birmingham’s Vox Conference Centre on Tuesday 10th Oct to receive their Construction Enquirer Award for winning in the category: ‘Top Ten Construction Supplier to Work With for the classification of businesses with turnover under £25m’.
The award is perfectly timed as Purpol have recently been celebrating significant wins for their clients including a £3m+ construction bid for a roundabout in Wales, a single winner Building Fabric Term Maintenance contract worth £40m over 5 years and a place on £200m Building Minor Works Framework – wins that make it clear Purpol is certainly constructing an excellent reputation for their marketing support!
The Construction Enquirer Awards are dedicated to recognising the industry’s best companies to work for and do business with. As opposed to a traditional judging panel, the winning organisations are voted for by fellow contractors, clients and suppliers. This year, over 10,000 votes were cast making it all the more impressive that Purpol won a spot in the top ten. As a micro business in an award category with businesses whose turnover was up to a factor of one hundred larger, Purpol’s win is testament to the outstanding work they do and the positive relationships they have built with their clients, peers and supply chain in just three and a half years. This recognition proved that small niche expertise businesses are not merely judged on the size of the business but on the quality of the work they produce.
Talking about the success of the night, Aaron Morby, Editor of the Enquirer said: ‘It was fantastic to see the industry come together to celebrate construction’s favorite firms. More than 10,000 of our readers voted in these awards making them a true reflection of which firms are doing business in the right way and keeping their staff and suppliers happy.’
Denise O’Leary founded Purpol Marketing in 2014 and works alongside Senior Consultant Gavin White; Digital Designer Jordan Kelly and Marketing Assistant Emily Marks to bring decades of manufacturing and construction industry insight as well as director level marketing and bid management consultancy to their clients. Purpol has an industry leading and enviable 95% current bid success rate, helping great companies communicate their benefits and win big.
Speaking of her recent success, Denise said: ‘The evening was a perfect way to celebrate Purpol’s achievements. It is amazing to think that the company I set up just over three years ago is winning such significant awards while up against some serious national and international competition. I feel honored that our peers, supply chain and clients have gone out of their way to vote for us and want to thank them for doing so – to know that those we work with are so pleased with the work we do makes the hard work of my team so worthwhile. Purpol are enjoying a wealth of success recently with both awards and bids and Tuesday night was the perfect way to raise a glass to our success!’
