PURPOL MARKETING NAMED GRAND WINNER WITH 3 GOLDS AMONGST 9 STEVIE® AWARD WINS IN 2024 STEVIE AWARDS FOR SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

United Kingdom,– April 15, 2024 – Purpol Marketing and founder Denise O’Leary MBE were named the winner of 3 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze Stevie® Awards in the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. With this amazing recognition, Purpol was named one of The 10 most-honoured organisations in the 2024 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service and received Grand (“best in show”) Stevie Award trophy.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organises nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, April 12.

Denise O’Leary MBE won a Gold Stevie® Award in the Category – Business Development Executive of the Year

Judges comments included: “Right from empowering next generation, giving opportunities for young people, leading an organization successfully etc., Denise has remarkably contributed. Giving back to society is very important and she had done that as part of her community support to women and children. Great to see all these accomplishments and I wish her the best in all the future endeavours.” And “Very impressed with Denise’s leadership, track record, and successes during a tumultuous period.”

Purpol Marketing won Gold for Leadership or Management Training Practice of the Year and Best Use of Thought Leadership in Business Development. They were further recognised with Silver and Bronze awards in Customer Service Success, and Best Use of Thought Leadership in Sales.

Nominees were not able to apply for Grand Stevie Awards directly. Winners were determined by a points system based on the total number of awards won, as well as having the highest average score in selected categories.

More than 2,300 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 44 nations and territories, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; more than 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products, services, and solution providers.

The presentations were broadcast live via Vimeo and are available to watch online.
