With a specialist focus on the construction sector, Denise has supported clients in securing over £4 billion in contracts—demonstrating the powerful impact of her knowledge, dedication, and business acumen.

Widely respected for her leadership, Denise has received 54 international business awards in recognition of her excellence and innovation. She is a passionate advocate for small and medium-sized enterprises and champions inclusive economic growth through her work, speaking engagements, and mentoring.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Denise led one of the UK’s largest Kickstart programmes, delivering training and employment support to 229 young people over 22 months.
